What You Can Expect:
Casual Employment:
Your hours will vary based on participants’ requests and support needs. We work hard to match you with participants, but availability depends on their choice and schedule.
Flexibility: We encourage adaptability and that additional hours while cannot be guaranteed, are generally increased in line with participant satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
A driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check (or willing to obtain one)
A tech-savvy individual that is able to navigate on a smart phone, computer, app-based and online systems
A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered support
What Makes You Shine:
Lived experience or a strong understanding of Disability
Ability to problem-solve and has a positive outlook
Flexibility, accountability, and the ability to work independently
A focus on helping participants achieve their goals
